c. HPN Departments :
Helping Point Nepal has classified the various Departments in order to work very efficiently & smoothly. They are:
i. Program Department
ii. Program Supervision Department
iii. Women and Children Department
iv. Finance Department
v. Publicity Department
vi. Sponsorship Department
vii. Volunteers' Department
viii. International Co-ordination Department
Note : Heads of Departments are the members included in HPN Co-operative Body
d. District Co-ordinator : HPN Executive Committee has a sole decision to appoint district co-ordinators. They will have the responsibilities like submitting proposal, co-ordinate between base level to HPN department , to supervise the programs & submitting report to HPN co-operative Body to Executive Committee.
e. Active Member : Active Membership are awarded to those General members who provide a significant co-operation & contribution as well as keen interest in the field of social work.
f. General Member : General Members are the members of this organization accordance with the HPN Acts - 7 (b).
